This 20th anniversary paper bag was given out for free with any purchase from the Nippon Ichi Software booth at V-Jump Festa 2012 (21st - 28th July 2012), Summer 2012 SubCul Festa (29th July), Akihabara Electric Outside Festival (9th August), and Comiket 82 (10th - 12th August). From the 24th August, and while stocks lasted, the bag was also included for free with any purchase from the Japan Nippon Ichi online store that included "festival goods" (items that had just been released at any of the previously mentioned Japanese festivals).

The bag is made out of a thick, glossy paper with thick string handles. It features Disgaea's Laharl, Etna, and Flonne on one side, and Liliel Saotome from The Guided Fate Paradox on the other side.
